Web Press

Our main non-heat set web offset press, the Heidelberg Mercury, comes from the world’s leading provider of press systems and components. This versatile, 16 unit press is composed of 4 - 4 high towers and two folders. This allows us to print all forms of newspapers including tabloids, broad sheets (or “metros”), magazines and booklets.

Sheet Fed Press

A five-color Sakurai 20” x 28” press with semi auto plate plus AVT ink control system using CIP3 data provides our customers with high-resolution, cost effective options for their glossy printing needs. Perfect for inserts, newsletters, flyers, and more!

Binding Services

With our dual Mueller Martini stitchers, PMG provides in-house saddle stitching. This cost-effective option eliminates shipping costs to an outside source as well as allowing us complete control over the quality of your binding.

For your inserting and collating needs, our matching Kansa Inserting systems allow us to insert up to six FSI or flyers into each paper in a single pass.

Mail Shop

At PMG we consider putting your printed pieces in your customers’ hands part of our job too. From “Every Door Direct Mail” (EDDM) to complex mail subscribers and direct label inkjetting, we have you covered. We can also save you time, effort and freight costs by shipping your paper catalogs or books directly from our plant.
